After the lunch break, giving some time to the participants to visit the historic centre of Dresden, we continued with the Project Charter Canvas, developed by the trainer & Business Coach Dimitra Zervaki, and we altogether worked on the project’s mission & purpose, stakeholders, the project management team, the scope, the work breakdown structure, the intellectual outputs, the deliverables, the success criteria and the timeframe of the project. It was a very fruitful meeting during which all representatives of the partners involved participated actively and contributed to the ideas and the charter canvas of the follow-up project. We hope to work soon together on our follow-up project and apply next year! Thank you all for your participation and contribution! We had a great time! Many greeting from the Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. team

Evaluation of the previous sessions and summarising the learning outcomes!

The last session of the CreativeLab training course.

On the 14th of October, all partner organisations and people involved presented shortly their organisations and themselves respectively. Then, we revised the project, talked about the learning outcomes of the two training sessions and evaluated them and at the end of the day.

We did a brainstorming about social entrepreneurship based on the needs of each partner organisation’s local community, which gave us thought for food to continue our work today!
